Chanel is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Toronto to support retail operations and client service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and operations of the boutique
  • Support the Boutique Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain and uphold Chanel's luxury retail standards and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Engage with clients to provide personalized service and build client relationships
  • Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client service orientation
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and retail operations
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset

Experience
