Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and motivating a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive sales and growth by ensuring the boutique meets Chanel's high standards in client service and operations.
  • Empower and develop team members through feedback, coaching, and a culture of learning.
  • Act as a role model for Chanel's service standards on the selling floor.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by actively engaging and recruiting clients.
  • Demonstrate passion for Chanel's product categories: Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance.

Skills
