Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise team performance and provide guidance on achieving results and developing individual talents
- Empower Beauty Advisors through constructive feedback and ongoing support
- Collaborate with Learning teams to deliver coaching and mentoring on client experience, sales techniques, service protocols, product knowledge and expertise
