Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the sales team, assuming full boutique oversight during the Director's absence
  • Lead floor operations by demonstrating and providing superior service to every client, modeling excellence in client engagement and consultation

  • Coach and support team members by leveraging fluency in product, service, and artistry to elevate their skills and expertise in delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Allocate time strategically between sales floor (60%) and back-of-house operations (40%), managing priorities and delegating effectively
  • Own all sales floor operations including stock management, restocking, visual presentation, and areas of pride; execute operational protocols to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead MMS system operations by communicating inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director, managing receiving, check-ins, shipping, damage reports, and related inventory tasks
  • Establish and maintain an organized, controlled stock storage system with clear protocols and accessibility
  • Serve as the point person on Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring team compliance and educating staff as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate partners to support ongoing operational needs and day-to-day requirements
  • Partner in annual inventory reporting and reconciliation with the store team
  • Assist the Boutique Director with event planning, coordination, orchestration, and execution
  • Cultivate a service culture that creates unique, memorable in-store and post-sale experiences for every client at every interaction
  • Build lasting client relationships and personalize experiences to foster loyalty and engagement
  • Maintain an omni-channel mindset to deliver seamless experiences across in-store and online touchpoints
  • Co-own responsibility for brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising excellence
  • Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and corporate meetings to stay current with product knowledge and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related leadership or sales experience in a luxury retail environment and/or operational role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and operationally savvy
  • Ability to coach and lead team members effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
