Chanel — Paris: Internship for an Assistant Architecture Project Manager to support design and construction coordination for brand projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Architecture Project Manager in the coordination of design and construction phases for Chanel properties and retail/atelier projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation: drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and technical dossiers.
  • Assist with schedule monitoring, progress reporting and tracking of deliverables to ensure adherence to program and milestones.
  • Liaise with external consultants, architects, contractors and internal stakeholders to follow up on technical queries and corrective actions.
  • Prepare presentation materials and technical summaries for project meetings and executive reviews.
  • Participate in site visits and meetings, recording observations and following up on site instructions and snagging lists.
  • Contribute to procurement support by collecting technical information and assisting with tender documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods and building documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple administrative and technical tasks concurrently.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and report technical observations accurately.
