Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Architecture Project Manager in the coordination of design and construction phases for Chanel properties and retail/atelier projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation: drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and technical dossiers.
- Assist with schedule monitoring, progress reporting and tracking of deliverables to ensure adherence to program and milestones.
- Liaise with external consultants, architects, contractors and internal stakeholders to follow up on technical queries and corrective actions.
- Prepare presentation materials and technical summaries for project meetings and executive reviews.
- Participate in site visits and meetings, recording observations and following up on site instructions and snagging lists.
- Contribute to procurement support by collecting technical information and assisting with tender documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods and building documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple administrative and technical tasks concurrently.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to conduct site visits and report technical observations accurately.

Experience
Practical experience through prior internships, academic project work or practical training in architectural or construction projects; exposure to site coordination, design review or contractor liaison is preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
