Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all Asset Protection initiatives to safeguard people and assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Educate store teams on minimizing safety and security incidents.
- Manage and develop boutique teams to optimize Asset Protection strategies.
- Provide physical security expertise and ensure functionality of security controls, including cameras, alarms, and keys.
- Oversee contract security details and coordinate recruitment, hiring, and training of security personnel.
- Manage law enforcement and banking fraud investigations, fulfilling subpoena requests and collaborating with authorities.
- Partner with transportation and external carriers to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Combat internal and external loss through employee education and deterrence resources.
- Promote and maintain safety awareness programs through quarterly training sessions.
- Collaborate with boutique operations to manage inventory loss and develop control strategies.
- Investigate and resolve theft and fraud incidents, partnering with Corporate for corrective actions.
- Ensure a safe environment for VIP and celebrity clients, coordinating with personal security details.
- Support special events and site-specific security strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in asset protection or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Retail experience is essential.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
