Chanel Fondation seeks Asia Programme Officer in Singapore for 12-month contract to manage regional philanthropy and social impact programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional programme strategy aligned with Fondation CHANEL's mission and global priorities
- Manage grant allocation, disbursement, and monitoring for foundation-funded projects across Asia
- Identify and evaluate potential partner organizations and grant recipients in alignment with foundation criteria
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and relationship management with NGOs, social enterprises, and government bodies
- Prepare programme reports, impact assessments, and communication materials for internal and external audiences
- Support foundation leadership with strategic recommendations and programme expansion opportunities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in programme management or project coordination within the philanthropic or social impact sector
- Strong understanding of Asia-Pacific region's social and economic landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with grant management systems and financial reporting protocols

3-5 years of professional experience in programme management, project coordination, or related roles within the non-profit, philanthropic, or corporate social responsibility sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in international development, public policy, business administration, or related discipline
