Chanel is hiring an Asia Programme Coordinator for Fondation Chanel in Singapore to manage cultural programmes, partnerships and regional operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Fondation Chanel’s programme activities across Asia, including project planning, timelines and delivery.
  • Act as primary liaison with regional cultural partners, grantees, artists and institutions to implement funded projects and partnerships.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses; prepare financial summaries and support budget forecasting for regional initiatives.
  • Draft, edit and translate programme documentation, grant agreements, progress reports and donor communications.
  • Organise events, site visits and public-facing activities including logistics, vendor management and on-site coordination.
  • Collect, analyse and present monitoring & evaluation data to assess impact and inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate internal coordination with HQ teams (programme, legal, communications, finance) to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Support travel planning and representation of the Fondation at regional meetings, conferences and cultural forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Cultural Management, International Relations, Social Sciences or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing formal reports and donor materials.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and knowledge of the Asian cultural landscape and institutional networks.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and working with legal/contractual documentation.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.

Experience
