Chanel Asia Programme Coordinator
Chanel is hiring an Asia Programme Coordinator for Fondation Chanel in Singapore to manage cultural programmes, partnerships and regional operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Fondation Chanel’s programme activities across Asia, including project planning, timelines and delivery.
- Act as primary liaison with regional cultural partners, grantees, artists and institutions to implement funded projects and partnerships.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses; prepare financial summaries and support budget forecasting for regional initiatives.
- Draft, edit and translate programme documentation, grant agreements, progress reports and donor communications.
- Organise events, site visits and public-facing activities including logistics, vendor management and on-site coordination.
- Collect, analyse and present monitoring & evaluation data to assess impact and inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate internal coordination with HQ teams (programme, legal, communications, finance) to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Support travel planning and representation of the Fondation at regional meetings, conferences and cultural forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Cultural Management, International Relations, Social Sciences or related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing formal reports and donor materials.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and knowledge of the Asian cultural landscape and institutional networks.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and working with legal/contractual documentation.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of professional experience in programme coordination or project management within cultural organisations, foundations, NGOs, or arts institutions, preferably with regional exposure in Asia.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Cultural Management, International Relations, Social Sciences or equivalent; advanced degree desirable but not required.
