Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for artisanal workshops and small-series production, including documentation, filing and traceability records.
  • Coordinate production schedules with ateliers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of handcrafted items.
  • Serve as primary administrative contact for external craftsmen, suppliers and internal production teams; organise meetings, shipments and customs documentation when required.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory and material consumption records; prepare purchase requisitions and track order status.
  • Support quality assurance processes by compiling inspection reports, non-conformance records and corrective action documentation.
  • Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for production managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on workshop efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience supporting production, manufacturing or artisanal workshops; luxury-goods background preferred.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fastidious environment.
