Join CHANEL in Prague as an Area Sales Manager for Fragrance & Beauty, leading the sales team in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Full-time position in a luxury brand environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of the sales strategy within the designated region.
  • Set targets for the team and support individuals in achieving them.
  • Maintain the brand image at points of sale and among the sales team.
  • Lead and inspire the Field Sales team.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, quality feedback, and training in selling skills and client experience.
  • Develop and motivate Beauty Confidants and Sell Out Consultants, manage performance, and ensure development plans are in place.
  • Support the team in setting monthly and weekly priorities and monitor the effectiveness of routings.
  • Recruit team members and ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Foster partnership cooperation with regional counterparts in perfumeries.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities and align on regional promotions and events.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams to achieve common goals.
  • Promote organizational culture and leadership attributes.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in wholesale and retail business, ideally within the Fragrance & Beauty environment.

Skills

Positive mindset to drive performance. People-oriented with a focus on developing and empowering the team. Team player with a collaborative approach. Ability to drive change and lead the team through transitions. Creative with a test & learn approach. Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. Sensitivity to luxury and an appreciation for fragrance and beauty. Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; additional languages are advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience

Relevant experience in wholesale and retail business, ideally within the Fragrance & Beauty environment.
