Chanel — Area Sales Manager in Bangkok. Lead territory sales, develop teams and drive retail KPIs for the maison's Bangkok stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned Bangkok territory to achieve and exceed sales, margin and KPI targets.
- Lead, coach and develop multi-site retail teams and store managers to ensure consistent application of brand standards and superior client experience.
- Drive client acquisition, clienteling and retention programs, cultivating high-value clientele and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Manage territory P&L drivers including sales forecasting, stock allocation, replenishment and markdown control.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, marketing and wholesale/trade teams to implement seasonal initiatives and local activations.
- Monitor retail performance through KPI analysis and deliver actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures across stores.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of commercial leadership within luxury retail or premium beauty/fashion sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and lead teams to deliver sustained sales growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to liaise with cross-functional partners.

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or premium beauty/fashion, including significant experience managing multiple stores or a region and delivering measurable commercial results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or equivalent; advanced education or industry-specific certifications advantageous.
