Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales performance analysis and strategic planning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is advantageous.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
