Chanel Apprenticeship – Stock Associate, Beauty Boutique, Paris, starting September 2026. 1–2 year alternance programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flows including receiving, inspection, and dispatch of deliveries to sales teams
- Process and fulfil all product requests from boutique sales associates in a timely manner
- Optimize stock levels for wrapping materials, institutional supplies, and product samples
- Conduct rotating inventory counts by product category in collaboration with the boutique manager and prepare for annual inventory
- Maintain organized, efficient storage spaces whilst adhering to established stock procedures and identifying discontinued or non-compliant products
- Uphold personal presentation standards in accordance with the Chanel Boutique Charter

- Strong interest in luxury beauty and retail logistics
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to respond rapidly to urgent situations and identify appropriate solutions
- Commitment to outstanding customer service standards
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred; however, strong motivation to develop within luxury retail environments is valued equally.
Education
Baccalaureate or equivalent qualification required. Candidates pursuing or holding qualifications in retail management, logistics, or a related field are particularly encouraged to apply.
