Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day administration and content updates of corporate intranet pages and digital workspaces using no‑code/low‑code tools.
- Collaborate with digital teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional intranet pages, workflows and simple automations.
- Build, configure and test no‑code/low‑code prototypes (forms, automations, dashboards), and iterate based on user feedback.
- Provide first‑line user support, documentation and training materials for intranet features and platform changes.
- Monitor platform performance and usage metrics, escalate technical issues and assist with QA and release coordination.
- Maintain clear project documentation, versioning and handover notes for internal stakeholders and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognized higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in digital technology, information systems, computer science, UX/design, or a related discipline (required for alternance).
- Demonstrable interest in digital workplace technologies, intranet tooling and business process automation.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently.
- Good interpersonal skills with experience liaising across functional stakeholders; aptitude for user support and training.
