Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end anti‑trafficking and brand‑protection projects, from scoping and planning through execution and post‑incident review.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including legal, security, retail operations, e‑commerce, logistics and external counsel to define and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage investigations into illicit distribution channels, grey‑market activity and counterfeit operations; prepare evidentiary files and liaison with law enforcement and customs where necessary.
  • Develop and execute takedown strategies for online marketplaces and social platforms; supervise notice‑and‑takedown workflows and escalation procedures.
  • Implement and optimise commercial and technical countermeasures, including marketplace monitoring solutions, intelligence feeds and case‑management tools.
  • Produce regular risk assessments, KPI reporting and executive briefings on trafficking trends, outcomes and recommended policy changes.
  • Draft and maintain internal procedures, training materials and awareness campaigns for frontline staff and retail teams to reduce illicit trade.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, investigative partners and service providers, including contract scope and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in brand protection, anti‑counterfeiting, loss prevention, investigations, or related compliance/enforcement functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to run cross‑border investigations and to coordinate with legal teams and public authorities.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple, concurrent initiatives and external vendors.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities; ability to translate investigative findings into commercial and legal actionable plans.
  • High degree of discretion, sound judgement and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a matrixed international organisation and to influence senior stakeholders.

Experience
