Chanel seeks an Alternative Markets Project Manager in Paris to lead strategic initiatives in emerging luxury retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception, planning, and execution of strategic projects in alternative market segments
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps aligned with Chanel's business objectives and luxury brand standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including retail operations, merchandising, digital, and regional stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities within alternative channels
- Report progress and outcomes to senior management with strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in luxury retail or high-end consumer markets
- Demonstrated expertise in alternative market channels or emerging retail formats
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English

Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
