Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of customer service processes across international markets
- Support the coordination and execution of international business projects within the Watches and Jewelry segment
- Collect, compile, and present business data and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Contribute to process documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Liaise between departments and international teams to facilitate project delivery
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business administration, management, or related degree program
- Strong interest in business analysis, project management, or international business operations
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
