Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year alteration strategy for Chanel's Ready-to-Wear business in China, including headcount planning, budget forecasting, and key performance indicators.
- Enhance alteration services to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Build and develop a skilled alteration team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional alteration work.
- Optimize alteration processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead time while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Ready-to-Wear teams to develop local alteration training curriculum and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Introduce new alteration techniques and technologies in line with global guidelines to enhance service quality and innovation.
- Oversee the management of alteration hubs and Les Ateliers to ensure a premium client experience.
- Act as part of the global community of tailor ambassadors, relaying messages locally regarding alterations for each collection.
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of luxury Ready-to-Wear fashion.
- Role model in self-presentation and manner.
- Strong service mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of several years of related experience in similar industries or specific fields. Overseas experience is considered an advantage.
