Chanel (Paris) seeks an Allocation & Supply Coordinator (Alternance) for Perfumes & Beauty Europe — apprenticeship role supporting inventory, allocations and launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the allocation and distribution of Perfumes & Beauty products across European markets, ensuring adherence to commercial plans and stock policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, sell-through, and ageing; prepare regular reports and KPIs to inform allocation decisions.
- Coordinate daily with country teams, wholesale, retail operations and logistics to manage replenishments, transfers and launch rollouts.
- Assist demand- and supply-planning teams by maintaining allocation templates, master data and shipment tracking.
- Analyse point-of-sale and warehouse data to identify stock imbalances and propose corrective actions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects (product launches, promotional campaigns, stock reconciliations) and support ad-hoc analyses for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with distribution rules and internal procedures for product flows across the European network.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics or a closely related field (alternance/apprenticeship contract).
- Strong analytical aptitude with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills to work with commercial, logistics and country teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to produce clear reports and presentations.

Experience
No prior professional experience is required beyond academic coursework; previous internships or short-term projects in supply chain, logistics, retail operations or the beauty industry are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics or equivalent.
