Chanel is recruiting an AI Agent Development Intern for its Parfums Beauté division in Neuilly-sur-Seine for a six-month internship starting in March 2027. The intern will contribute to deploying an agentic AI platform for employees, from designing and testing agents to governance, adoption and practical learning sessions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Explore team needs and co-develop high-value use cases for employees.
- Design agent functionalities and conversational journeys that make use cases simple and useful.
- Configure and develop operational AI agents using no-code and low-code solutions.
- Test agents with users and help put them into service.
- Improve solutions based on frontline feedback and experimentation.
- Help structure the agent catalogue, including use cases, owners, documentation and lifecycle.
- Contribute to defining and applying good practices for agent design, validation and monitoring in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor agent adoption, quality and value through indicators and dashboards that support management.
- Showcase projects and their benefits through demonstrations, user feedback sessions and accessible communications.
- Draw on experiments to share good practices and inspire new use cases.
- Prepare and co-facilitate introductory workshops, demonstrations and practical sessions on generative AI and agents.
- Make these technologies accessible through practical learning materials adapted to team needs.
- Support employees in their initial use of the tools and facilitate discussions to encourage sustainable, responsible adoption.
