Chanel Aftersales Specialist role at New Bond Street, London. Permanent, full-time position managing luxury repair services and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand repair requests, provide solutions, and maintain communication throughout the repair process
  • Diagnose returned products and determine appropriate solutions including in-house repair, atelier referral, credit offers, or assessment of irreparability
  • Perform express and minor technical repairs on leather goods and costume jewellery in accordance with Chanel repair standards
  • Complete ACET administration accurately and ensure repairs are routed to appropriate workshops within company guidelines
  • Manage spare-part orders and inventory for the boutique
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through prompt, appropriate responses and stakeholder communication
  • Process client credit notes on POS and support administration to achieve company KPIs
  • Deliver training to Fashion Advisors on ACET projects
  • Conduct interim stocktakes, monthly and quarterly repair audits, and accurately receipt deliveries
  • Develop and maintain expert product knowledge, sharing information with boutique team and Head Office departments
  • Liaise with Department Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Aftersales Manager regarding client complaints
  • Coordinate with Transport Department to ensure timely repair collection
  • Maintain a collaborative, reliable, and flexible approach with colleagues

Qualifications

  • Practical repair skills and ability to perform minor technical and express repairs
  • Understanding of luxury leather goods, costume jewellery, and Ready-to-Wear garments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess individual client requests
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Experience managing workflow and prioritising responsibilities
  • Familiarity with ACET systems (beneficial)
  • Attention to detail and organisational ability
