Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique after‑sales (SAV) operations by receiving and logging client service requests, repairs and alterations.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, timelines and follow‑up appointments while maintaining discretion and high customer‑service standards.
- Coordinate case management with internal ateliers, external repair partners and the regional service team to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, work orders and client files; update CRM/case tracking tools and ensure traceability of items.
- Assist the boutique team with quality inspections on returned items and escalate technical issues to the relevant specialists.
- Contribute to in‑store clienteling activities when required and support operational tasks related to after‑sales processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills and discretion when handling high‑value client matters.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple cases and attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication; fluency in French is expected and conversational English is advantageous.
- Interest in luxury craftsmanship, product care and service excellence.
