Chanel After-Sales Service Assistant internship in Zurich—4–6 months supporting alteration, care, and repair services. July/September 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients throughout the entire after-sales process in accordance with CHANEL's client experience standards and the CHANEL & moi commitment
- Transform potential customer dissatisfaction into a positive experience and strengthen customer loyalty to the House
- Register repair requests in internal systems, monitor their progress, and update status throughout the repair process
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders, including global, local, and external workshops
- Coordinate all product shipments, deliveries, and incoming goods
- Manage the availability of appropriate tools, equipment, and spare parts by coordinating dedicated orders and inventory
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the workspace to enhance operational efficiency and workflow
- Act as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment and participate in regular morning briefings with the sales team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong sense of hospitality and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and German
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Internship must be part of study program and required for degree completion
- Internship must be validated by the award of academic credits
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in the luxury, hospitality, and/or retail sector is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
