Chanel is hiring an After-Sales IT Operations Officer in Paris for a 6-month fixed-term contract in its fashion division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage IT operations and technical infrastructure for after-sales service delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer support systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and SLAs
- Document and report on IT operations metrics and performance indicators
Qualifications
