Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day after‑sales operations for the Westfield UTC boutique, including repairs, alterations and servicing requests.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on repair status, timelines and service quotations, ensuring timely, personalized communication.
  • Coordinate logistics between boutique, in‑house ateliers, external workshops and shipping providers to track work-in-progress and returns.
  • Record and maintain accurate client and case records in CRM/POS systems; monitor SLAs and escalate complex or high-value cases to regional teams.
  • Inspect incoming and completed items for quality control and compliance with Chanel standards; authorize or recommend remedial action where necessary.
  • Process service-related transactions, refunds or credits in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with store management, sales advisors and regional after‑sales teams to identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in after‑sales, client service or repairs coordination within luxury retail or premium goods (recommended 2+ years).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑facing mindset and discretion handling high‑value clientele.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability to manage multiple active cases, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures for leather goods, fine garments or accessories preferred.
