Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support all financial operations related to the Images and Films department.
  • Monitor orders using Coupa and track invoices in Basware.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, ensuring constant updates and synthesis of essential information.
  • Collaborate with financial control for account closure, including invoice tracking and account reconciliation.
  • Manage the creation of supplier accounts.
  • Participate in project meetings to support teams and understand various challenges.
  • Serve as a reference for production, post-production, and sound teams, guiding them on best practices and cost center management.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to address follow-ups, anomalies, and specific cases.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Control

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and dedicated tools such as Coupa and Basware Attention to detail, methodical approach, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Proficiency in English, with the ability to work with English-speaking partners Strong understanding of industry practices to support teams Basic understanding of legal concepts

Experience

Prior experience in a similar administrative or financial role within a corporate environment is required.

Degree in Accounting or Financial Control
