Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative repair files, including quotation generation and processing
  • Distribute components associated with repairs and track internal and external workshop requests, planning, and prioritization
  • Serve as primary contact for boutiques, retailers, internal clients, and partner workshops regarding repair status and coordination
  • Physically and electronically receive and dispatch valuables to and from markets, internal clients, and partner workshops
  • Participate in rolling and general inventory counts for components and finished goods
  • Extract data from ERP systems and create performance tracking indicators using pivot tables and advanced spreadsheet analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent university-level qualification (bac+2 or bac+3)
