Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Stones (gemstones) team within the Watchmaking & Jewellery division, including calendar management, meeting coordination and minute-taking.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for gemstones and related materials, liaising with internal ateliers, external suppliers, couriers and customs brokers to ensure secure, timely transit.
- Manage and update inventory registers and tracking systems for precious stones, supporting stock reconciliations and periodic audits.
- Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, certificates of authenticity, customs paperwork and traceability records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with quality-control checks on received items and escalate any discrepancies to the sourcing or quality teams.
- Support purchase-order processing and follow-up with procurement to track delivery statuses and resolve exceptions.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of valuable materials; contribute to continuous improvement of handling and storage procedures.
- Produce regular reports and status updates for the Stones team and cross-functional partners (production, procurement, compliance).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in supply chain, logistics, business administration, luxury management, gemology or a closely related discipline.
- Prior internship or practical experience (preferably 3–12 months) in logistics, administrative coordination or supply-chain operations; experience in jewellery/watchmaking or luxury goods is a strong advantage.
- High degree of organisational rigor, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage confidential, high‑value items.
- Professional written and verbal proficiency in French; business-level English advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with ateliers, procurement and quality teams; flexible approach to evolving priorities.
- Legal eligibility to undertake an internship in France and availability for the full internship period as required.

Experience
Internship-level role: some prior practical exposure to administrative or logistics tasks is preferred, ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, watchmaking or a supply-chain environment.
Education
Enrollment in a relevant university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in supply chain/logistics, business administration, luxury management, gemology or equivalent.
