Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Watchmaking Studio, including calendar management, meeting preparation and minute taking.
  • Coordinate studio workflows across design, prototyping and production teams to ensure project timelines are respected.
  • Manage documentation and filing for technical dossiers, sample tracking and supplier communications.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders (design, product, procurement) and external partners, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare and update project status reports, presentation materials and simple budget follow‑ups for studio leadership.
  • Organise logistics for studio events, workshops and visits, including travel arrangements and on‑site coordination.
  • Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with ordering and inventory tracking of consumables and sample components used in the studio.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a recognised work‑study (alternance) program starting September 2026 — BTS/DUT, Bachelor or equivalent in administration, business, project management or watchmaking-related studies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced creative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional French required and good working English preferred.
  • Discretion, attention to detail and a methodical approach to document control and record keeping.
  • Proactive team player with an aptitude for coordinating across creative and technical stakeholders.
  • Availability to commit to a multi‑monthly alternance schedule and to work on site in Paris.

Experience

Previous internship or 6–12 months of administrative experience in a professional environment is advantageous; prior exposure to luxury goods, watchmaking or product studios is a strong plus.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant vocational or university program (BTS/DUT, Bachelor's or equivalent) compatible with an alternance contract.
