Chanel Paris seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee client billing, collections, and accounting operations in a permanent corporate role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
- Oversee credit policies, collection procedures, and customer payment terms
- Monitor aging accounts and coordinate with sales and collections teams on overdue balances
- Prepare monthly and quarterly receivables reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients on billing and payment matters
- Train and supervise accounting staff responsible for client accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or client accounting management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong understanding of IFRS or local GAAP accounting standards
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional accounting qualification or equivalent (e.g., CPA, DCG, EXPERT-COMPTABLE)
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a small team

Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable management, client accounting, or corporate finance, ideally within a multinational or luxury goods environment. Demonstrated success managing large portfolios of client accounts, implementing process improvements, and leading accounting teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, DCG, EXPERT-COMPTABLE, or equivalent) preferred.
