Role & Responsibilities
- Support the supplier accounting team by receiving, registering and coding supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery documents; prepare and follow up on exceptions and discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Prepare supplier account reconciliations and assist with month‑end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
- Process payment runs and maintain accurate supplier master data under supervision.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance diploma program (BTS Comptabilité et Gestion, DUT, DCG unit studies, or equivalent).

- Ability to work in a structured, deadline‑driven environment and to handle confidential information with discretion.
