Chanel hiring Accounts Payable Accountant in Bangkok on 1-year fixed-term contract. Finance role managing vendor invoices and payments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly accruals and reconcile accounts payable aging reports
- Support month-end and year-end financial close procedures
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes

1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions
