Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and develop individual talents.

- Communicate retail and stock needs effectively to relevant parties.
- Provide feedback and reports to influence business strategies.
- Create personalized client experiences and build long-lasting relationships.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Act as a Chanel ambassador, embodying and sharing the brand's values and heritage.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and empower team members.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
