Chanel seeks an Account Manager for Boots, Milton Keynes to lead commercial performance, merchandising and launches at the Chanel concession.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Chanel commercial lead for the Boots concession in Milton Keynes, owning sales performance, stock levels and margin delivery for the account.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with Boots category and store leadership to grow sell-through, market share and profitability.
- Manage merchandising, visual standards and planogram execution to maintain Chanel brand integrity within the Boots environment.
- Drive new product launches, promotional activity and in-store events, coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and education teams.
- Provide regular commercial reporting and forecasting (weekly/monthly), analyse KPIs and recommend corrective actions to maximise performance.
- Train and coach Boots counter teams on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and sell-through best practices to elevate customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with commercial contracts, pricing policies and retail governance; resolve operational issues with retailer partners promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial experience within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail account management, ideally managing national or large-format retail partners.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and influence at store and buyer levels within a wholesale/retail environment.
- Strong analytical capability with experience producing sales forecasts, managing inventories and interpreting retail KPIs.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident frontline coaching and stakeholder management.
- Availability for regular travel to the Milton Keynes store and occasional regional travel as required.

Education
