Chanel seeks an Account Manager for the John Lewis White City concession in London. Lead the John Lewis partnership and drive luxury retail performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Chanel commercial lead for the John Lewis White City account, owning the relationship with store leadership and concession teams.
  • Drive sales and margin performance through targeted merchandising, KPI tracking and commercial initiatives aligned with Chanel objectives.
  • Ensure impeccable in-store brand presentation and compliance with Chanel visual merchandising and client experience standards.
  • Develop and execute joint promotional calendars, product launches and client events in partnership with John Lewis stakeholders.
  • Coach and support concession staff on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and selling standards to maximise conversion and AUR.
  • Manage stock flow, replenishment and allocation with internal planning and logistics teams to prevent out-of-stock and optimise sell-through.
  • Provide regular sales analysis and reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations and forecasts for the account.
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues swiftly, liaising with cross-functional teams (merchandising, distribution, CRM) to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a wholesale or department-store account for a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting sales and margin targets in a retail partnership environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence retail partners and internal teams.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of luxury visual merchandising and clienteling best practices.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and produce concise, actionable reports.
  • Flexible, organised and able to work on-site at the John Lewis White City concession as required.

Experience
