Chanel is hiring an Account Manager for the Sephora Stratford account in London. Responsible for retail execution, sales growth and retailer partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship with Sephora Stratford, acting as primary Chanel point of contact and brand ambassador in-store.
- Drive sales and market share through execution of agreed promotions, product launches and merchandising plans.
- Ensure flawless in-store brand presentation and compliance with Chanel visual and retail standards.
- Coordinate inventory availability, replenishment and retail stock integrity with Sephora operations and internal supply teams.
- Deliver regular commercial reporting and KPI analysis to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching for Sephora sales teams to maximise product knowledge and conversion.
- Negotiate retail terms, planograms and promotional calendars in collaboration with Sephora buyers and regional commercial stakeholders.
- Manage local events, clienteling activities and experiential initiatives to strengthen brand presence and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing key retail accounts, preferably within prestige beauty/cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and driving retail execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building strong retailer partnerships.
- Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable retail plans.
- Flexible approach to field-based work with capacity to attend store meetings, events and trainings.

Experience
Mid-level commercial experience: typically 3–5 years managing key accounts or national/regional retail partnerships within beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail; demonstrable success working with national retailers such as Sephora is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management or equivalent practical experience; professional training in cosmetics/beauty retail is an advantage.
