Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.
  • Drive business development through strategic planning, forecasting, and promotional strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to review performance and develop growth strategies.
  • Oversee retail operations, including rota management, stock monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
  • Set expectations for client service excellence, leading with authenticity and product expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.

Skills
