Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel's values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance commercial performance and client loyalty.
- Oversee team onboarding and continuous training, focusing on product knowledge and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to analyze performance and develop growth strategies.
- Ensure operational compliance and flawless execution of brand activations and in-store campaigns.
- Set and review individual and team goals, providing regular performance feedback and career development support.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury or premium retail, preferably within beauty or fragrance.
- Strong ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
- Strategic thinking with commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within the beauty or fragrance sector.
