Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chanel concession at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh on a fixed-term basis, ensuring compliance with brand standards and retailer agreements.
  • Drive sales and sell-out performance by implementing seasonal merchandising, promotional activity and targeted clienteling strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with Harvey Nichols stakeholders, coordinating stock allocation, replenishment and inventory reconciliations.
  • Coach, orient and monitor concession staff (brand ambassadors and temporary hires) to deliver exemplary client service and meet KPI targets.
  • Prepare regular commercial and operational reports (sell-through, stock position, KPI analysis) and communicate performance insights to regional management.
  • Ensure adherence to Chanel visual merchandising guidelines, planograms and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a luxury brand concession or department-store account, preferably within premium fashion, beauty or accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving commercial growth in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills with experience liaising with department-store buyers and operations teams.
  • Ability to coach and motivate front-line retail teams to deliver high-touch client experiences.
  • Right to work in the UK (employment eligibility for the contract period).

Experience
