Chanel seeks a Fixed Term Account Manager for Boots in Belfast to manage the Boots account, drive sales and ensure brand standards across the territory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the Boots account across the assigned territory, executing Chanel’s commercial strategy to maximise distribution, sales and margin.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with Boots regional and store teams to secure optimal in-store positioning, promotional activity and stock allocation.
  • Plan and deliver trade activations, promotional calendars and visual merchandising implementations in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sell-through, inventory levels and on-shelf availability; produce regular sales reports and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — supply chain, marketing, retail operations and finance — to ensure campaign readiness and commercial compliance.
  • Provide training and coaching to Boots retail staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and brand standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Chanel’s store standards, legal and regulatory requirements within the Boots environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing national or regional retail accounts with major multiple retailers; experience within prestige beauty or FMCG preferred.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales and distribution KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, able to influence buyers and store leadership.
  • Excellent analytical capability to interpret sell-through data and translate into commercial initiatives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and travel across the territory as required.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Experience

Minimum three years’ experience in account management or commercial roles servicing major retailers, ideally within prestige beauty, cosmetics or FMCG channels, with demonstrable success in driving distribution and sell-through.
