Role & Responsibilities

  • Address and manage employee relations issues in collaboration with the Retail Development Manager, adhering to Chanel's policies.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure shared knowledge and accountability.
  • Develop Chanel's client portfolio through strategic data capture and business initiatives.
  • Manage staff schedules and operational zoning to optimize client experience.
  • Communicate stock needs and provide feedback to influence business strategies.
  • Create personalized client experiences and resolve service complaints holistically.
  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Act as a Chanel ambassador, sharing brand knowledge and implementing training.

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
