Chanel seeks an Account Manager for Boots in Derby to manage the concession partnership, sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship with Boots Derby, driving sales, margin and KPI delivery for Chanel product categories within the concession.
- Develop and execute account plans with Boots stakeholders to optimise assortment, promotions, pricing and inventory flow.
- Coordinate stock replenishment, order forecasting and shrink-prevention measures to ensure product availability and presentation standards.
- Ensure Chanel visual merchandising, brand guidelines and in-store activations are implemented consistently across the Boots concession.
- Deliver regular sales and performance reporting, analyse trends and recommend tactical actions to improve sell-through and conversion.
- Train and coach concession staff and Boots personnel on product knowledge, clienteling techniques and service standards.
- Act as primary escalation point for operational or commercial issues and liaise with regional teams, logistics and supply chain to resolve them.
- Manage contractual and compliance obligations with the retail partner, including promotional approvals and trade terms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retailer accounts or concessions, preferably within prestige beauty or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable commercial track record with responsibility for sales targets, forecasting and inventory management.
- Strong stakeholder management experience engaging retailer buyers, store management and cross‑functional internal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Ability to travel between store and regional meetings as required.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail account management, concession operations or wholesale partnerships, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail or account management will be accepted.
