Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to review performance and develop growth strategies.
- Oversee retail operations, including rota management and stock monitoring.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand activations and in-store campaigns.
- Set expectations for client service excellence, leading with authenticity and empathy.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
