Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.
  • Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance performance and uphold brand image.
  • Contribute to business planning, including forecasting and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze business KPIs to inform strategic actions and improve commercial performance.
  • Recruit new clients and support clienteling initiatives to deepen customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Development Manager to review counter performance and develop growth strategies.
  • Oversee retail operations, including rota management and stock monitoring.
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
  • Set expectations for client service excellence and champion the brand’s signature service approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.

Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration. Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities. Experience

Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
