Chandon seeks Staff Accountant (VIE) in Yountville, California to support accounting operations, reconciliation, and treasury management for 12–18 months.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Record and process supplier invoices daily via PSP system, ensuring proper approval and coding in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare and record customer invoices as required, maintaining compliance with established accounting protocols
  • Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury account balances on an ongoing basis
  • Reconcile all three account categories monthly and investigate discrepancies
  • Record treasury transactions and cash movements daily
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of accounting data within SAP systems
  • Respond to accounting-related inquiries from various departments
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives
  • Participate in monthly closing activities, including accrual bookings and miscoding corrections
  • Analyze accounts linked to the closing process

Qualifications

  • Business School or Accounting degree
  • Ability to complete a 12–18 month VIE assignment in the United States
  • Fluent in English
  • At least one year of professional accounting experience
  • Previous LVMH experience required
  • Valid driver's license
