Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and supplier management
- Manage supplier relationships to meet financial, quality, and timing goals
- Prepare and oversee budgets for assigned portfolios, ensuring cost efficiency
- Support regional and corporate initiatives, including supplier diversity and corporate social responsibility projects
- Engage in cross-functional procurement initiatives to drive company success and continuous improvement
- Work on-site at the Yountville vineyard facility, collaborating closely with production and winery operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with specialization in procurement
- Fluent in English
- Experience in purchasing, either as an intern or apprentice
- Interest in the wine and spirits sector
- Proficient negotiation and presentation abilities
- French or European citizenship (required for VIE program eligibility)
- Aged 18–28 at time of application
- In good standing with national service obligations of home country
