Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee laboratory operations, including sample analysis, technical support for winemaking trials, and maintenance of lab facilities.
  • Participate in technical tastings and blending panels, contributing to product quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and supporting ongoing training and development.
  • Work extended hours during peak vintage periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a winery or food industry environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management) and/or ISO 9000 (Quality Management) is an advantage.

Skills

Proficient computer skills and experience with record-keeping systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Customer-focused approach.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
