Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the talent pool for emerging talents such as apprentices, interns, and VIEs, including needs assessment, selection, onboarding, and advising managers.
- Coordinate performance management campaigns and communication.
- Contribute to the annual talent review by analyzing talent data to inform management decisions.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of local training programs, recommending learning resources, and tracking employee development activities.
- Support employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to global HR projects, including internal communications, newsletters, onboarding programs, CSR reporting, and conflict of interest campaigns.
- Ensure continuous improvement by verifying HR data reliability and documenting HR processes.
- Generate monthly reports and track HR indicators.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage HR invoices and track HR costs.
- Organize events to enhance employee engagement and experience.
- Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding for new employees.
- Address employee HR-related inquiries and liaise with People Shared Services and HRIS teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
